COLOR SERVICE POLICY
All color services include a complimentary blow-dry to ensure the results are visible in their true tone and finish. Additional heat styling (such as flat ironing, curling, or other advanced techniques) is not included and may be scheduled as an added service at the standard styling rate. Additional color used due to length and thickness will incur an addition charge.

CANCELLATIONS
Appointments are scheduled according to availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Our goal at Distinct Hair Studio is to provide our guests with the highest quality products and services possible.
In an effort to allow our guests to have the opportunity to book reservations as they become available, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We certainly understand in all of our lives, situations arise from time to time which will cause us to have to change our plans or notice. We established a policy which states if, in a 12 month period, you have 3 cancellations that occur in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will require your credit card information with your next reservation scheduling and you will receive an added cancellation charge of $40.00 (per reservation) to your next service. If you have missed 2 reservations without notifying the salon, you will be unable to schedule future reservations but will be considered a ‘walk-in basis only’ upon availability.
We hope you understand that we have put this policy in place because we value our guests time and want to provide the opportunity for everyone to visit us as their individual needs require. All checks will be deposited on Mondays; any insufficient checks will incur a $35.00 service charge. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
