In an effort to allow our guests to have the opportunity to book reservations as they become available, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

We certainly understand in all of our lives, situations arise from time to time which will cause us to have to change our plans or notice. We established a policy which states if, in a 12 month period, you have 3 cancellations that occur in less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, we will require your credit card information with your next reservation scheduling and you will receive an added cancellation charge of $40.00 (per reservation) to your next service. If you have missed 2 reservations without notifying the salon, you will be unable to schedule future reservations but will be considered a \u2018walk-in basis only\u2019 upon availability.<\/span><\/p>\n
